Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Customer Success einen Support- und Entwicklungsingenieur mit Schwerpunkt Smart Products zur Festanstellung als Vollzeitkraft. Durch deine kompetente Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und vielseitigen Entwicklungsprojekten kannst du direkt zum wachsenden Erfolg unseres neaSCOPE beitragen und unser Produkt mit Fokus auf Usability und User Experience verbessern.
Was Dich erwartet
  • Vorantreiben von Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Smart Products, um die Nutzbarkeit unseres neaSCOPE für weitere Anwendungsfelder zu erschließen
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden beim Umsetzen von Applikationen mit Hilfe unseres SDK in Python
  • Entwicklung von Mikroskop‐Selbstdiagnose und Predictive Maintenance in Zusammenarbeit mit der Hard‐ und Softwareentwicklung 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, um die User Experience mit dem neaSCOPE zu verbessern und neue Produkte und Opportunitäten zu entwickeln
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner und kompetenter Berater bei Supportfällen, remote via TeamViewer als auch vor Ort beim Kunden mit Service‐ und Kundendokumentation
  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Kundenprojekten sowie Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme unserer customized Systeme in der Nanofactory
  • Installationen und Trainings bei unseren internationalen Kunden vor Ort
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Physik, Physikalische Technik, Physikalische Chemie oder vergleichbar 
  • Physikalisches Verständnis und fortgeschrittene Programmierkenntnisse in Python für Skripteinbindungen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Scanning Probe Mikroskopen wünschenswert 
  • Hochmotivierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Introduction
Would you like to contribute to establishing a revolutionary technology for research and investigation on the nanoscale in numerous research areas? We are looking for a Support and Development Engineer with focus on Smart Products to support our Customer Success as a full-time employee. Through your competent collaboration with our customers and versatile development projects you can directly contribute to the growing success of our neaSCOPE and improve our product with focus on usability and user experience.
Your Responsibilities and Duties
  • Leading development projects in the field of smart products to extend the usability of our neaSCOPE to other application areas
  • Supporting our customers in implementing applications with the help of our SDK in Python
  • Developing microscope self-diagnostics and predictive maintenance in collaboration with hardware and software engineering 
  • Collaborate with customers to improve the user experience with the neaSCOPE and develop new products and opportunities
  • Technical contact and competent consultant for support cases, remotely via TeamViewer as well as on-site at the customer’s premises including service and customer documentation
  • Coordination and execution of customer projects as well as setup, implementation and handover of our customized systems in the NanoFactory
  • On-site installations and trainings at our international customer’s premises
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical degree in physics, physical engineering, physical chemistry, or equivalent 
  • Physical understanding and advanced programming skills in Python for script embedding
  • Knowledge of using scanning probe microscopes preferred 
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Highly motivated, independent and goal-oriented way of working with great team spirit
