As a Manufacturing Generalist CRYO, you support our production operations wherever your skills can currently create the greatest value. You work across teams and products on a variety of assemblies, products, and manufacturing tasks, helping to successfully manage capacity fluctuations, product launches, and complex manufacturing situations.
In this role, you combine hands-on craftsmanship, technical expertise, and a strong willingness to learn. You quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks, support the production of prototypes, demonstrators, and serial production units, and operate confidently in an environment where not every process is yet fully documented or standardized. You work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Project Management, and R&D/Engineering to achieve these goals.
