In this role, you report directly to our Director Quality Management and work closely with Production, Logistics, and our suppliers, always with the clear objective of improving quality in a measurable and sustainable way.

Introduction
Your Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating mechanical, timely, and repeatable incoming goods inspections and final inspections
- Implementing and coordinating internal non-conformance management
- Contributing to lean inspection concepts for incoming goods and final inspections, as well as to the
continuous improvement of quality assurance processes in collaboration with production - Processing and resolution of supplier deviations and complaints
- Tracking of corrective and preventive actions
- Support with supplier audits and evaluations as needed
- Leading and scheduling the QA team and ensuring operational smoothness
- Onboarding, professional development and coaching of employees
- Ensuring calibration activities in test equipment management
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Completed degree (e.g., industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, metrology technician)
- Several years of experience in incoming goods inspection and product testing, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in the use of measuring equipment and testing methods
- Structured, independent work style and strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of German
- Experience with supplier complaints and QA documentation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of audits, corrective actions and GD&T is desirable
- Willingness to travel occasionally (regionally)
