Was Dich erwartet
  • Prozessanalyse: Du tauchst ein in die Abläufe unseres Unternehmens, entdeckst, wo noch Luft nach oben ist, und bringst frische Ideen ein, wie wir mit digitalen Tools und Automatisierung noch besser werden können. So gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unserer Arbeit mit!
  • Lösungsentwicklung: Du entwickelst und setzt datenbasierte IT-Lösungen um, nutzt moderne Tools und arbeitest in aktuellen Themen wie Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierungsplattformen, Cloud Computing, IoT und Process Mining und bringst eigene Ideen für die Verbesserung von Prozessen ein.
  • Datenmanagement: Du lernst, wie man Datenquellen prüft, Daten aufbereitet, bereitstellt und für spannende Anwendungen nutzbar macht – immer mit Blick auf Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du prüfst die Qualität von Daten und Prozessen, dokumentierst deine Arbeit und hilfst bei der Einführung neuer Systeme.
  • Projektarbeit: Du arbeitest in IT-Projekten mit und übernimmst im Laufe deiner Ausbildung auch Verantwortung für eigene kleinere Projekte.
  • Anwenderbetreuung: Du unterstützt Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Nutzung neuer Systeme und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Fragen rund um Daten und Prozesse.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Interesse an Daten, IT und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
  • Spaß an analytischem Denken, Prozessoptimierung und neuen Technologien
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Computern, Datenanalysen oder Programmierung von Vorteil
  • Mindestens mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur
  • Gute Leistungen in Mathematik und Informatik Fächern
  • Freude an Kommunikation, Teamwork und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

During your training as an IT Specialist in Data and Process Analysis  (all genders), you will learn how to evaluate data, optimize processes, and develop digital solutions that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities and Duties
  • Process Analysis: Dive into our company workflows, identify areas for improvement, and contribute fresh ideas on how we can become even better using digital tools and automation. You’ll actively shape the future of our work!
  • Solution Development: Design and implement data-driven IT solutions, use modern tools, and work on cutting-edge topics such as Artificial Intelligence, automation platforms, cloud computing, IoT, and process mining – while bringing your own ideas to improve processes.
  • Data Management: Learn how to validate data sources, prepare and provide data, and make it usable for exciting applications – always keeping data protection and IT security in mind.
  • Quality Assurance: Check the quality of data and processes, document your work, and assist in introducing new systems.
  • Project Work: Participate in IT projects and gradually take responsibility for your own smaller projects during your apprenticeship.
  • User Support: Help colleagues use new systems and act as a point of contact for questions about data and processes.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Interest in data, IT, and digital business processes
  • Enjoy analytical thinking, process optimization, and new technologies
  • Initial practical experience with computers, data analysis, or programming – through school projects or privately is a plus
  • At least a secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
  • Good grades in mathematics and IT-related subjects
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a reliable work style
  • Good German and English skills
