Was Dich erwartet
  • Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
     Eigenständige Prüfung und Verbuchung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenvorgängen – präzise, zuverlässig und gut organisiert.
  • Digitalisierung & KI-gestützte Optimierung
     Aktive Mitarbeit an der Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer Abläufe und Prozess.
  • Abrechnung von Kreditkarten und Reisekosten
     Sorgfältige Erfassung, Prüfung und Buchung der Abrechnungen unter Einhaltung interner Richtlinien.
  • Zahlungsabwicklung
     Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Zahlungsverkehr sowie Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung der Kreditkarte.
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
     Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team bei der Vorbereitung, Prüfung und Erstellung der Abschlüsse.
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende
     Klärung von Fragen rund um Rechnungen, Zahlungsabläufe oder Prozessschritte.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil
  • Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denkvermögen: Du arbeitest präzise, detailorientiert und behältst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke: Du arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst auf Kolleginnen sowie externe Partnerinnen freundlich und offen zu
  • Gute Deutsch (C1) - und Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift, um Dich auch in einem internationalen Umfeld sicher zu bewegen

Your Responsibilities and Duties

  • Processing of ongoing business transactions
    Independent review and posting of accounts payable and receivable – precise, reliable, and well-organized.

  • Digitalization & AI-driven optimization
    Active involvement in optimizing and digitalizing our workflows and processes.

  • Credit card and travel expense management
    Careful recording, review, and posting of credit card and travel expense reports in line with internal guidelines.

  • Payment processing
    Responsibility for smooth payment operations as well as support with credit card handling.

  • Monthly and annual financial statements
    Close collaboration with the accounting team in preparing, reviewing, and completing financial statements.

  • Point of contact for employees
    Responding to questions regarding invoices, payment procedures, or process steps.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on accounting, finance or a comparable field of study
  • Initial work experience in the field of bookkeeping or accounting
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • An affinity for numbers and analytical thinking: You work precisely, are detail-oriented and maintain an overview even when the workload is high
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, and you are highly reliable and responsible.
  • You have a strong sense of team spirit and communication skills: you enjoy working in a team and approach colleagues and external partners in a friendly and open manner.
  • You have a good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, enabling you to work confidently in an international environment.
