Was Dich erwartet
  • Netzwerk-Infrastruktur: Primäre Verantwortung für die Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk-Infrastruktur und entsprechender Sicherheitssysteme (Firewall, Proxy, VPN, DMZ).
  • Systemadministration: Unterstützung und vollumfängliche Vertretung bei der Administration & Monitoring von On-Premise- oder Cloud-basierten Servern (Windows, Linux), Virtualisierungsumgebungen (u.A. HyperV, Docker, Kubernetes), Benutzer- & Rechteverwaltung via Active Directory, Backup-Lösungen, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Admin Center und div. IT-Applikationen des Backends.
  • 1st & 2nd Level IT-Support: Lösung von auftretenden Problemen und Anfragen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen und sicheren IT-Betriebs für die verantworteten Systeme über Ticketsystem und Einsatz vor Ort, sowie Unterstützung des gesamten IT-Teams in weiteren IT-Aufgabenfeldern. 
  • Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten in enger Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen – von der Einführung neuer Technologien bis zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Plattformen im IT-Backend. Koordination von internen und externen Partnern, einschließlich Dienstleister und des Mutterkonzerns für eine bedarfsgerechte und effiziente Umsetzung.
  • Hardware- und Softwaremanagement: Beschaffung und Verwaltung der benötigten Hardware und Software, inklusive Lizenzverwaltung und Kostenkontrolle im Betrieb.
  • Prozessoptimierung und Dokumentation: Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Optimierung von Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des IT-Betriebs – sowohl intern für die IT-Abteilung als auch als Dienstleistung für das Unternehmen.
Was Du mitbringst
  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem IT-Beruf und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator*in mit einem breiten Kenntnisspektrum.
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in der Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Netzwerksicherheit, einschließlich Routing, Switching, Firewall, LAN/VLAN/WLAN, Protokollen, Zertifikatsverwaltung, 802.1x, RADIUS, VLAN, VPN und MPLS.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft- und Linux-Servern sowie Virtualisierung (Hyper-V, idealerweise auch Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Fundiertes Wissen im Microsoft-Technologieumfeld: Azure Services, Microsoft Defender, Exchange Online, Entra ID, usw.
  • Erfahrung in Scripting mit PowerShell sind wünschenswert.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung, gepaart mit einem guten Ausdrucksvermögen und Teamfähigkeit. 
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, eine gute Selbstorganisation durch methodisches Arbeiten in Routineaufgaben sowie in Projekten mit entsprechenden Methoden des Projektmanagements.
  • Die Bereitschaft, sich in einer dynamischen IT-Landschaft in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Your Responsibilities and Duties
  • Network Infrastructure: Primary responsibility for the administration and further development of our network infrastructure and related security systems (firewall, proxy, VPN, DMZ).
  • System Administration: Support and full representation in the administration and monitoring of on-premise or cloud-based servers (Windows, Linux), virtualization environments (including HyperV, Docker, Kubernetes), user and permission management via Active Directory, backup solutions, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and various backend IT applications.
  • 1st & 2nd Level IT Support: Resolving issues and requests to ensure stable and secure IT operations for the systems in scope via ticketing system and on-site support, as well as assisting the entire IT team in other IT-related tasks.
  • Project Management: Independent planning and implementation of IT projects in close coordination with the departments – from introducing new technologies to further developing existing systems and platforms in the IT backend. Coordination of internal and external partners, including service providers and the parent company, to ensure needs-based and efficient execution.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Procurement and management of required hardware and software, including license management and cost control during operations.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation: Creation of documentation and optimization of processes for the continuous improvement of IT operations – both internally for the IT department and as a service for the company.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training in an IT profession and at least 5 years of professional experience as an IT administrator with a broad range of knowledge.
  • Very good knowledge of network infrastructure and network security, including routing, switching, firewall, LAN/VLAN/WLAN, protocols, certificate management, 802.1x, RADIUS, VLAN, VPN and MPLS.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems and working with group policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology environment, in particular MS Server, Exchange Online, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Azure Services, Microsoft 365 Services, Entra ID, etc.
  • Experience in scripting with PowerShell is desirable.
  • A strong service and customer orientation, paired with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking, good self-organization through methodical work in routine tasks as well as in projects with appropriate project management methods.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics in a dynamic IT environment and to take on responsibility.
