In deiner Position als Fertigungssteuerer bei attocube trägst du dazu bei, dass die Fertigung unserer nanotechnologischen High-Tech Produkte (kleine Stückzahlen und Einzelfertigungen), die unter Anderem zum Testen von Satelliten zum Einsatz kommen, effizient und terminiert abläuft. Was Dich erwartet

Steuerung und Überwachung von Plan- und Fertigungsaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung der Materialverfügbarkeit, Fertigungskapazitäten und Terminvorgaben
Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Überwachung der Materialdisposition von Vorserien-, Serien- und Projektbedarfen, sowie Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
Bedarfsplanung sowie Materialstammpflege in ERP-System
Steuerung von Materialflüssen und Durchführung der Produktionssteuerung mit dem Ziel einer optimalen Kapazitätsauslastung
Verfolgung der benötigten Fehlteile zur Herstellung von Halbfertig- und Fertigwaren
Überprüfung des Produktionsfortschritts anhand von Kennzahlen
Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen
Verantwortung für die spezifische Fertigungssteuerungsprozesse (Einhaltung, Weiterentwicklung, etc.)

Was Du mitbringst

Abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ingenieurs-Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Fertigungssteuerung bzw. -planung ist zwingend erforderlich
Hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit komplexe Aufgabenstellungen in Teilaufgaben zu zerlegen und abzuarbeiten
Gewissenhafte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus

Introduction

In your position as a production controller at attocube, you will help to ensure that the production of our high-tech nanotechnology products (small quantities and one-offs), which are used for testing satellites, among other things, runs efficiently and on schedule. A position with a high degree of creative freedom and responsibility awaits you.

Your Responsibilities and Duties

Controlling and monitoring planned and production orders, taking into account material availability, production capacities and deadlines
Preparation, implementation and monitoring of material planning for pre-series, series and project requirements, as well as initiation of corrective measures
Requirements planning and material master maintenance in the ERP system
Managing material flows and implementing production control with the aim of achieving optimum capacity utilization
Tracking the missing parts required for the production of semi-finished and finished goods
Checking production progress based on key figures
Collaboration in the continuous improvement of work processes
Responsibility for specific production control processes (compliance, further development, etc.)

Your Skills and Qualifications

Completed technical/commercial training or engineering studies
First professional experience in the field of production control or planning is mandatory
High level of comprehension and the ability to break down complex tasks into subtasks and work through them
Conscientious, independent and results-oriented way of working
Confident in working with ERP systems and MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
